Renters & Property Owners - You are responsible for conducting your own
investigation regarding any and all claims made by prospective vacation renters
or property owners (vacation rental or otherwise). You assume all liability for
use of any information you find in any RentalBay™ publication. Vacation renters
are aware that each property (vacation rental or otherwise) sets its own refund
and cancellation policies. RentalBay™ recommends that renters ask for and
receive a written notice of the refund and cancellation policy from the
advertiser (vacation rental property or otherwise). RentalBay™ is not
responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason. According to the laws
and regulations of the State of California, California residents may not use
this website to rent any property that is located in the state of California.
Property Owners & Managers - If RentalBay™ is unable to provide the
promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to,
service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, RentalBay™ can not be held
liable for any costs beyond the prorated costs paid for by the client for the
services which were not provided. RentalBay™ does not guarantee that the
RentalBay™ web site will be available 100% of the time. Qualification of all
renters (vacation or otherwise) is the sole responsibility of the property
(vacation rental or otherwise) owner or agent. RentalBay™ will not be held
liable for any personal or property (vacation rental or otherwise) damages
caused directly or indirectly by the customers that RentalBay™ generates.
RentalBay™ is not responsible for the customers' provided information and makes
no warranties or guarantees about the legitimacy or authenticity of the
provided customers. RentalBay™ listings (vacation rental or otherwise) run on
an annual basis. Because most of the work that RentalBay™ provides as it
services is done in the initial set-up phase, RentalBay™ is unable to offer a
refund on cancelled memberships. If you wish to remove your property (vacation
rental or otherwise) from the market, we can temporarily inactivate the
RentalBay™ ad and reactivate it at a future date. Your RentalBay™ ad stays in
force through the original term and the renewal date does not change (the
renewal date will not be extended during the time that the property (vacation
rental or otherwise) is off the market). If you sell your property, you can
transfer your RentalBay™ ad to a new owner for no additional fee. No cash
refund will be given, however existing and new customers are encouraged to come
to a fair division of fees amongst themselves. All web addresses or links must
be approved and must reside only in the authorized section(s) of the ad. E-mail
addresses and phone numbers must reside only in the authorized section(s) of
the ad. All other references to specific web addresses, web sites, email
addresses or phone numbers that are not considered acceptable content may be
removed without notice. All content must be appropriate to community standards
and be acceptable to all ages. Ads may not contain vulgarity or comments
related to violence, hate, or references of a sexual nature. All such
references are not considered acceptable content and may be removed without
notice. In the case of disputed content, the operators of this site will be the
final judges as to the appropriateness of the content.

you register with RentalBay™ and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous

You can edit your RentalBay™ listing Information (vacation rental info or
otherwise) at any time. Certain communications from RentalBay™, such as service
announcements and administrative messages are considered part of RentalBay™
membership and you may not opt out of receiving them. You can delete your
RentalBay™ account by editing your listing information page.
Confidentiality and Security
We restrict access to personal information about you to employees who we
believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide
products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. We have physical,
electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to
protect personal information about you. Your RentalBay™ Account Information is
password-protected. In certain areas RentalBay™ may use industry-standard SSL
